Wind Would Weigh, is a collaboration between Noel Harding and Ian Lazarus. The Land Art project was Commissioned by The Management of Abandoned Aggregate Properties Program for the Grand River Conservation Authority. The installation is in the Guelph Lake Area. The work was landscaped and installed August 21, 2001.
